Bouncing Bulldogs at the 2007 Double Dutch Holiday Classic
Here is the Advanced Fusion routine from the Bouncing Bulldogs at the 2007 Double Dutch Holiday Classic. It’s a very impressive and extremely difficult routine. There are some extremely innovative double dutch tricks in this routine. The Bulldogs placed 4th in this event behind three Japanese teams. The misses clearly hurt their chances of winning the whole thing. I wonder how much higher they would have placed if they nailed it. Even with the misses, I’m blown away by what this team can do in the ropes.

WOW! This is the first Fusion routine that blew me away! (How lame am I, I clapped at the computer on some tricks) The first time I saw a routine like this was at the World Championships in Toronto (via dvd) and it was amazing. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. Now, the Bouncing Bulldogs have taken Fusion to the next level. You can tell by their style that they were jumpers first and “breakers†second, but with time maybe the line will completely blend. You could totally tell that they are pushing the envelope by adding jumping skills that are HUGLY difficult. I kinda missed that element in the other Fusion routines from overseas. Their routines are AMAZING and have such style but the jumping aspect of the routine is not as strong. Way to go Bouncing Bulldogs. You are amazing at this INSANE style of skipping.
