Car Jumping Double Dutch
Sunday, January 31st, 2010This is beyond unique. I’ve seen all kinds of props used in double dutch before. In my early days of jumping rope it was common to use pogo balls and pogo sticks. Since then I’ve seen people jump double dutch on bicycles, skateboards, and even unicycles. However, this is a first for me. Have you ever seen a car jump double dutch?
This is part of a Japanese advertising campaign for the TOYOTA iQ. Cool stuff…

Double Dutch In Nike Commercial
Wednesday, May 16th, 2007Here’s another commercial with some Double Dutch in it. Japanese team Run-D-Crew appears in this video along with some very prominent sports stars. How would you like to say you were in the same commercial with NBA Superstar Lebron James and Golf pro Michelle Wie? You’ve got to admit that is pretty cool. It just goes to show you that a lot of opportunities are opening up for the top jumpers in our sport. Keep practicing!

Xbox 360 Commercial - Jump In
Sunday, February 11th, 2007This was an ad that appeared last year for the XBOX 360. It’s got a great pace and energy about it that I love. I like how they incorporate so many different elements in rapid succession. They start with Chinese Wheel, focus mostly on Double Dutch, and then end with some Traveling. Very cool.
