It’s important for you to note that she keeps the tricks in her workout rather simple. In fact all of the tricks she does are considered basic jump rope skills. You don’t have to know how to do advanced tricks in order to get a good workout. Just basic bounce, side straddles (which Kim calls “jumping jacks”) and criss crosses are all you need to get a pretty thorough workout. However, you don’t have to stop there. One of the great things about jump rope is the literally infinite variety of tricks you can do. There will never be a point when you run out of new tricks to challenge you.
